As a Caregiver, you are the face of our organization and play a critical role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Responsibilities may include:

Personal Care & Client Support
  • Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
  • Assistance with eating and daily living activities
  • Ambulation, mobility assistance, and walking support
  • Assisting clients to and from bed
  • Monitoring and supporting clients living with Alzheimer's Disease or Dementia
Household Support
  • Light housekeeping
  • Laundry and linen changes
  • Meal planning and meal preparation
  • Household organization and management
  • Apparel selection and dressing assistance
Companionship & Engagement
  • Meaningful conversation and companionship
  • Emotional support and encouragement
  • Promoting engagement, independence, and quality of life
Transportation & Community Support
  • Transportation using the client's vehicle
  • Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments
Medication Support
  • Medication reminders in accordance with company policies
Overnight, Sleepover & Live-In Assignments (When Applicable)
  • Preparing sleeping areas
  • Assisting clients during the night as needed
  • Reporting frequent overnight care needs to the office
 DOCUMENTATION & COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Document services and activities within company software systems as required
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping and service documentation
  • Submit all required records by established deadlines
  • Immediately report significant client changes or concerns to the office
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, training requirements, and care plans

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSRequired Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license with no serious driving violations
  • Reliable transportation available during assignments
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English at an average adult level
  • Ability to successfully complete required training and skills assessments
  • Ability to complete all required health screenings
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening prior to employment
  • Proof of First Aid and CPR certification within 3 months of employment
 Preferred Qualifications
  • One or more years of caregiving, home care, healthcare, or related experience
  • CNA certification, nursing education, healthcare coursework, or similar experience preferred but not required
