Job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Delivery Associate to join our team. As a Delivery Associate, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are delivered safely and efficiently to our customers. This position involves safe driving, an ability to follow directions/mapping, loading and unloading goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining a high level of customer service. If you have experience in delivery driving or warehouse operations, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading products from the delivery vehicle.
  • Ensuring all items are securely loaded and organized for safe transport.
  • Navigate delivery routes and reach destinations efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and assist with inventory management as needed.
  • Operate equipment such as dollies and pallet jacks when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with the delivery team and customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols while handling products and operating vehicles.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with operating various types of vehicles, including box trucks and vans.
  • Experience using pallet jacks is a plus
  • Strong physical stamina to lift heavy items and perform manual labor throughout the shift.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Must be able to follow navigation instructions, while strictly following the rules of the road.
  • Driver must be 21 years of age with a clean driving record.
  • Helpers must be 18 years of age, and do not require a driver's license.
