As a local fixture installer, youโ€™ll take on project-based work to ensure products and displays are visually appealing to attract and engage shoppers, build strong relationships with store managers, and ensure the right amount of goods are available at the right price.   • Paid Mileage & Travel Pay where applicable 
  • Per Diem & Hotel for Travelers

  • Assignments can range from 0-40 hours per week based on volume, how far you are willing to travel, and willingness to accept various other projects offered

  • Complete department resets, remodels, and new store setups with custom fixture assembly requirements
  • Build gondolas, H Frame warehouse racking, and other specialty fixtures on the main store floor and/or backroom warehouse
  • Complex merchandising-related tasks such as stock placement to planogram reset, resetting metal shelves, setting an end cap to planogram 
  • Read and follow installation documents, including guides and manuals like planograms, modular and fixture layout documents
  • Maintain retailer-specific online certifications
  • Demonstrate safe usage of fixture installer tools including but not limited to: a cordless drill, a hammer drill, a tape measure, a level, various screwdriver types, rubber mallet, etc.
  • Read and interpret store blueprints and plans
  • Use construction knowledge to determine the best methods of installation, work procedures, and material and tool requirements
  • Arrive on time and work scheduled hours, which may include both overnight and day shifts per client requirements and shift lengths lasting 8 to 10+ hours (shift length will vary by project)
  • Adapt to changing work schedule

  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations in a designated area or region (dependent on market location) for 1 to 6 weeks at time
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and Channel Partners management team (good communication = more shifts)
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the day.
  • Ability to read diagrams or instructions, process instructions, and use personal hand tools or power tools as necessary 
  • Ability to use a variety of hand tools or power tools as necessary 
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations in a designated area or region (dependent on market location) for 1 to 6 weeks at time
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and Channel Partners management team (good communication = more shifts)
