Work Environment

This position is conducted entirely through a telehealth framework, allowing counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their chosen spaces while promoting a fundamental work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to the unique needs of each client based on thorough evaluations and assessments.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, family, and couples therapy.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief treatment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, integrating best practices from across specialties.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Participate in ongoing training workshops and professional development opportunities to stay informed about advances in mental health research and therapy techniques.
