Work Environment

This position is conducted entirely through a telehealth framework, allowing counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their chosen spaces while promoting a fundamental work-life balance. Our telehealth setting enables therapists to utilize modern technology for consultations, assessments, and treatment planning. We understand the importance of flexibility in today's work environment, which is why our full-time staff work Monday to Friday, with no weekend obligations. Part-time positions are also available, accommodating various schedules to fit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to the unique needs of each client based on thorough evaluations and assessments.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, family, and couples therapy.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, integrating best practices from across specialties.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that documentation is complete and up to date.
• Participate in ongoing training workshops and professional development opportunities to stay informed about advances in mental health research and therapy techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC, you will work with individuals experiencing various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• A valid and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon.
• At least two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical principles related to clinical practice.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) software and associated technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Successful track record of working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with opportunities for performance bonuses.
