About You 

  • Independently Licensed in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD). 
  • Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost. 
  • 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

About the Role

  • Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
  • Schedule & Caseload:
    • Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. PST. 
    • Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
    • Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month.
  • Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.
  • Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
  • All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
