Job description

UltraLux Health is a young startup that is growing rapidly. We are an e-commerce natural health and wellness company that works hard to offer first-class customer service to our customers. We have a small but talented team helping customers, and we're looking to expand our coverage into evenings and weekends.


Job Description:

  • Answering customer emails and chats during evening and weekend hours
  • Following up with customer's orders and ensuring that they have positive interactions with the company
  • Initiating returns, cancellations, and product changes for customers
  • Updating customer profiles on HubSpot
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Following up with failed order customers
  • Outreach via email for customer feedback
  • Follow procedures to prevent returns and help customers have a great experience with their products


Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be an organized individual
  • Comfortable using computers and the ability to learn new softwares quickly
  • Experience with HubSpot (or a similar CRM) is a huge plus
  • Experience with Woo Commerce is a huge plus
  • Must be available to come into our American Fork, UT office between 8am-4pm MST for training during the initial training period
  • Ability to work the following set schedule (MST) after training is complete:
    • Thursday: 3pm-8pm
    • Friday: 3pm-8pm
    • Saturday: 10am - 6pm
    • Sunday: 10am - 6pm
  • Saturday and Sunday hours are flexible!


Company Information and Benefits:

  • We are located in American Fork, UT. This position is remote after the in-office training period is complete.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace required for remote shifts


Job Type: Part-Time

Pay Range: $16-$20/hr (depending on experience)
