You will step in as needed to meet face-to-face or virtually with key clients, ensuring their voices are heard, their needs are understood, and Timebox Pro is represented with the highest level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
???? Client Advocacy & Representation
  • Act as the primary, high-touch point of contact for designated client partners during critical touchpoints.
  • Represent Timebox Pro’s values, services, and commitment to excellence in all client interactions.
  • Conduct on-demand meetings (in-person in the Parsippany/NJ area or via video conference) to check on project health and client satisfaction.
???? Feedback Loop & Strategy
  • Actively listen to client pain points, evolving needs, and strategic goals.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights and relay them directly back to the Timebox Pro management team.
  • Identify potential expansion opportunities or areas where our IT and digital solutions can add further value.
???? Account Health & Retention
  • Ensure clients feel valued, respected, and prioritized, fostering long-term partnership loyalty.
  • Proactively flag any client concerns or friction points to management before they escalate.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or Business Development—ideally within the IT, technology, or professional services sectors.
  • Location & Mobility: Must be based in or near Parsippany, NJ, with the ability to travel locally for occasional in-person client meetings.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You should be equally comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and collaborating with technical project teams.
  • Active Listening: A proven track record of listening between the lines to uncover a client's true business needs.
  • Flexibility: High comfort level with an on-demand, variable schedule that adapts to client needs and project milestones.
