We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead litigation efforts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, collaborate closely with clients, and guide a skilled team of paralegals and staff. A hybrid schedule is available for the right candidate.

Position Details
Type: Full-time (part-time or reduced hours may be considered)
Location: Hybrid (remote and in-office) in Cinnaminson, NJ
Compensation: $130,000+ annually, based on experience

Responsibilities
Represent clients in court and before government agencies.
Draft, review, and finalize precise legal documents.
Provide actionable advice on legal and business matters.
Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes efficiently.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
Manage administrative tasks for cases and client relations.

Qualifications
Licensed attorney in New Jersey (Pennsylvania license strongly preferred).
10+ years of litigation experience.
Expertise in Real Estate and Homeowner Association Law is a plus.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Amicus Attorney experience is a bonus).
A team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to build meaningful client relationships.
