Job description

Here's the honest version of this pitch, no marketing gloss: this is commission-only work, and it isn't the right fit for everyone. If you need a guaranteed hourly paycheck regardless of effort, this role will frustrate you. But if you're willing to put in consistent hours and follow a system that's already working for other agents, the ceiling here is genuinely uncapped.

What This Job Is, Concretely

You'll spend your working hours on the phone and on Zoom, talking with people who requested information about life insurance coverage. That's the entire lead source - nobody here is handed a cold-call list. You'll walk families through their options, using access to more than 60 carrier partners so you're never stuck offering a one-size-fits-all product, and help them choose coverage that actually fits their life and budget.

Built for People With Zero Insurance Background

We designed our training program assuming you've never sold insurance before. You'll start with the fundamentals - what different policy types actually do, how to have an honest conversation about a family's needs, and how to handle the objections that come up naturally in these calls. From there, you move into live calls with a mentor available to help when things get complicated.

A Realistic Look at Pay

Full-time agents here regularly land in the $80,000 to $300,000 range in their first year - that's not a hypothetical top performer's number, that's the realistic full-time range once someone is consistently working the system. Part-time agents, putting in fewer hours weekly, typically land $50,000+ in year one. The per-policy average sits at $800 to $1,200, and because this is commission-only with no cap, your production directly sets your income - there's no ceiling built into the compensation structure.

What Qualifies You

  • Living in the U.S.
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Holding a Life & Health insurance license, or being willing to obtain one - we'll guide you through this if you're starting from zero

What We're Actually Looking For

More than experience, we're looking for people who are coachable and consistent. The agents who succeed here aren't necessarily the ones who walked in knowing the most about insurance - they're the ones who showed up every day, took feedback without getting defensive, and stuck with the process long enough to see it work.

If that fair trade - real effort for real, uncapped pay - sounds like something you're willing to make, apply now. We're actively bringing on new agents and will follow up with qualified applicants quickly.
