Job Title: Recruiter II
Duration: 12 Contract with possible extension
Location: Remote

• Typically has a Bachelors degree, or equivalent training, and experience in recruiting or sales.
Education/Experience Bachelors degree in human resources or equivalent training required 2-4 years customer service related experience required
• Responsibility level - Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor
• Skills -Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
• (Required) Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time
• (Required) Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work related activities (Required) Basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection and training
• (Typically required) Basic knowledge business and management principles involved in strategic planning
• (Typically required) Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
• (Required) Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Using computer database, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls. Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills
• Prepare and maintain employment records
• Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection
• Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations
• Supporting pipeline management and the conversion to offer process.
• Must have great organizational skills, TA experience, oracle experience
• This is a Part time position
