  • Manage website change requests and content management system (CMS) publishing
  • Support rebrand and design adjustments to collateral templates
  • Pull performance metrics from Sprout, Constant Contact, GA4, and Shopify into a monthly snapshot

Qualifications
Required:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, content creation, design, or similar field
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Experience with a social media scheduling/management platform (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar) to schedule and monitor content across multiple profiles
  • Experience with email design tools (Constant Contact or similar)
  • Comfortability with using Canva for basic graphic design
  • Basic short form video creation and editing experience
  • Basic copywriting ability; can adapt to a provided voice and messaging framework
  • Ability to work from brand guidelines and templates and follow direction
