In this role, you'll operate at the intersection of program management and technical delivery-guiding Agile execution, managing priorities, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders, engineers, and mission users. You'll help translate complex technical efforts into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and mission impact.
You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting the development of scalable data platforms, APIs, and analytics capabilities in a secure cloud environment. From facilitating sprint ceremonies to driving delivery accountability and removing blockers, you'll ensure teams are operating efficiently and delivering high-quality solutions.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting IT programs or technical project delivery
  • Experience serving as a Scrum Master, Technical PM, or Agile Delivery Lead
  • Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) systems, directives, and policies
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting data platforms, analytics programs, or AI/ML initiatives
  • Experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or similar Agile or DevOps platforms
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and cloud-native delivery models
  • Knowledge of data engineering or data science concepts such as ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, or analytics workflows
  • Possession of excellent communication skills
  • Agile or Scrum Certification such as CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
