JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Penn State Golf Courses are seeking student and non-student applicants for multiple Golf Course Operations roles. These positions offer flexible schedules working 20-24 hours per week (students enrolled at Penn State full time throughout the Spring 2026 semester may work up to 40 hours per week during the summer) and include the following duties:

  • Golf Shop

  • Outside operations (Driving-Range, Carts, Shuttle Service, etc.)

  • Tournament Operations

This excellent employment opportunity also includes free golf, golf cart, Top 50 public course driving range privileges, discounted meals, discounted merchandise, and competitive wages.

BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES

Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
