Job description

Job Title: Social Media Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Remote) - US Based Only
Location: Remote (must be based in the United States, no exceptions)
Type: Part-Time, 20 hrs/week (~4 hours/day)
Compensation: $1,500-$2,500/month
Description
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and work with our social media marketing team. This role is central to how we grow and present our brand online, and we're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term, ongoing role with us - not a short-term side hustle.
Our brand teaches people how to sell digital products and make money online, using AI to automate 80-90% of the heavy lifting. We're currently serving and mentoring over 3,000 clients and our goal is to make an IMPACT on the lives of our clients, that's why the company is called Impact Clients. You'll be joining a team directly realizing that vision.
What You'll Do:
  • Post content consistently across all our social media accounts, multiple times per day, following our established process and guidelines. (Content is already created by our team, you just post it.)
  • Do daily viral research on Instagram --- scrolling, identifying viral posts, and pulling ideas and inspiration on what works and on what doesn't (our team will give you clear guidance and instructions on how to do this, you can apply even if you have no experience).
  • Interract with our audience and keep our community engaged.
  • Controling the quality of posts and make sure no imperfect posts go out

Requirements
Requirements
  • Based in the United States (required - no exceptions).
  • Comfortable posting multiple times per day, every day, as a core part of the job.
  • Working on weekends is NOT required, but you should be reachable in case of an urgent issue and have 5-10 minutes to fix it if needed (This only happens on very rare occassions, but better safe than sorry.)
  • Highly reliable and trustworthy
  • Looking for a long-term role. We want to invest in someone who wants to grow with us for years, not someone testing the waters for a few months.
  • Very basic social media experience required - If you know how to use Instagram / Facebook / TikTok you have what it takes.
  • You genuinely respect Richard and like the idea of working with his world-class team. What goes out on our socials is our reputation, so you need to treat Richard's reputation like your own.

Benefits
Benefits
  • Direct exposure to how a high-performing team. You won't just be posting content - you'll be working alongside Richard's world-class team, seeing firsthand how a fast-growing brand builds its strategy, tests ideas, and scales online.
  • Mentorship and skill-building that compounds over time. The skills you build here - content strategy, trend analysis, understanding what makes content perform - are skills that carry into the future.
  • A front-row seat to the exact playbook Richard teaches.
  • Personal growth alongside professional growth. Being immersed in a team obsessed with performance, discipline, and consistent execution tends to rub off. Many people find that the habits and mindset they build in a role like this show up in other areas of their life too.
