PART TIME RECEPTIONIST WITH ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES- Bilingual Preferred
Purpose of Your Job Position
The primary purpose of your job position is to greet and liaise with the public during initial center contact with office personnel in an effective, courteous and confidential manner, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and Solaris HealthCare's established policies and procedures. Performs secretarial functions as designated.

    • Greet and assist residents, family members, and visitors in a friendly manner
    • Responsible for answering phones in a timely manner, using proper and understandable English
    • Print census each morning
    • Type correspondence, memos, etc., as needed for department directors
    • Receipt all monies for the operating, trust and security accounts as instructed by the Business Office Manager and/or Administrator
    • Sell meal tickets to guests and personnel and keep record of all monies
    • Assist in ordering supplies for facility
    • Assist in coordination of transportation when necessary
    • Assist the Admissions Department with inquiries, paperwork, tours, etc
    • Other duties may be assigned

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience
