Part-Time Receptionist

Working with us means being part of something special: a team that is passionate about making a difference every day. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and business partners.

Schedule:

  • Part-Time
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Every Other Weekend:
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Sunday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Position Summary

The Receptionist serves as the welcoming face of our organization and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors and callers. This role manages incoming calls, greets guests, routes inquiries appropriately, and provides administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Essential Functions
  • Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
  • Route calls and messages to the appropriate personnel.
  • Process and maintain accurate records for outgoing UPS shipments.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Maintain daily logs for consultants, regional staff, and employee itineraries.
  • Update company systems and directories as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to support efficient office operations.
