Are you a friendly, professional person who enjoys helping others and creating a positive experience for families? Advanced Pediatric Associates is looking for a part-time Pediatric Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our patients and their families, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. We are seeking someone with strong customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working with children and families.


What You'll Do

  • Greet patients and families with a warm and professional attitude
  • Gather and update patient information
  • Process co-payments
  • Verify insurance eligibility
  • Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients and families
  • Support the daily operations of a busy pediatric practice

Schedule

  • Part-time position
  • 3-4 day work week (Monday through Friday schedule)
  • Occasional half-day Saturdays

Compensation

$17.00 - $21.00, depending on experience
