Job description

Since its founding in 1992, Edgewood Properties, located out of Piscataway, NJ has established itself as a leading real estate development and property management company.

 Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board. 

We are currently seeking a part-time  Overnight Maintenance/Porter to work out of our Edison, NJ location.

Looking for part-time position thast cabn lead into full-time position

Schedule:Friday Saturday & Sunday 11p-7am


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-General Maintenance of Laundromat

-Thoroughly cleaning laundromat

-Tending to customers in Laundromat


-High school diploma or equivalent

-Driver’s license or reliable transportation
