Job description

Summary: Assist in the daily operation of the branch under the supervision of the Branch Operations Manager within the guidance and directives as determined by Branch Administration.
Courier Duties:
  1. Responsibleforthedailypickupanddeliveryofcustomerdepositsandtoinsuretheyarebrought back to the main branch for processing in a timely
  2. Deliver and pick up various types of financial institution
  3. Delivers mail and conduct regular stops at the post office on a daily
  4. Assist in the sorting of incoming and outgoing mail for the
  5. Responsible for Company vehicle maintenance and repairs, as
  6. Must have a valid Drivers' License, and MVR from Nevada
  7. Provide proof of insurance coverage, on an annual
  8. Special projects and all other duties as trained and assigned.

Teller I Job Duties:
  1. Processing paying and receiving transactions.
  2. Prepare Cashier's Checks.
  3. Prepare and process general ledger transactions.
  4. Process internal and external customer transfer requests.
  5. Process safe deposit payments.
  6. Prepare and process Stop Payment and Hold requests.
  7. Prepare closed account checklists for review.
  8. Process teller exchanges to/from the vault.
  9. Count and balance assigned teller drawer daily within approved teller cash limits.
  10. Assist in processing branch teller proof work to include encoding and scanning.
  11. Special projects and all other duties as trained and assigned.
