Carteret Management is seeking a part time AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM INSTRUCTOR to maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children while promoting the philosophy revolving around our Organization's Core Values of customer service, communication, and competence ."

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Appropriately supervise children participating in the program.
  • Implement activities that are appropriate for school age children.
  • Assist children with homework completion.
  • Maintain attendance records and other administrative tasks, as needed.
  • Assist in the selection of books, equipment and other instructional materials.
  • Provide support to Property Manager in daily office duties.

Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent education.
  • Experience working with children.
  • Awareness of the unique needs of children and appropriate expectations of their abilities.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with a diverse group of people.
