  • Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
  • Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
  • Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
  • Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
  • Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
