Job description

Do you enjoy connecting with people, building professional relationships, and being out in the community instead of sitting behind a desk all day?

Are you someone who is naturally outgoing, organized, and energized by meeting new people and maintaining strong relationships?

If so, Facial & Oral Surgery Institute may be the perfect fit for you.

We are seeking a Part-Time Professional Relations Coordinator to help strengthen and grow relationships with referring dental and medical offices throughout the San Fernando Valley and surrounding communities.

This is a field-based outreach position focused on relationship development, office visits, referral support, and community presence. The role works closely with practice leadership and our marketing partners to help execute outreach initiatives and maintain strong communication with referral offices.

The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, professional, and comfortable representing a respected oral surgery practice in the community.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors and their teams
  • Visit dental and medical offices throughout the San Fernando Valley to strengthen referral relationships
  • Help build upon existing professional connections while developing new relationships within the community
  • Execute outreach initiatives and relationship-building activities in collaboration with practice leadership and our marketing partners
  • Coordinate lunches, office visits, educational meetings, and appreciation events
  • Serve as a professional and consistent representative of the practice in the community
  • Help maintain strong communication and follow-through with referral partners
  • Track outreach efforts, office visits, and referral activity

Areas You’ll Travel To

Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Tarzana, Encino, Sherman Oaks, West Hills, Canoga Park, Northridge, Reseda, Studio City, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, and surrounding communities.
