Organizing Maniacs is growing, and we are looking for compassionate, energetic Part-Time Assistant Professional Organizers to join our team — with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right person.

We help clients create homes and spaces that feel calm, functional, and manageable. Our work goes far beyond “tidying up.” We support Neuro Divergent individuals and families through life transitions and challenges including ADHD, chronic disorganization, downsizing, hoarding situations, moving, merging households, and preparing homes for sale through our signature Organize to Sell™ service.


We meet clients where they are — without judgment — and help them create systems that truly work for their lives.


### What You’ll Do


- Work alongside clients to understand their goals and priorities

- Help declutter, sort, unpack, and organize homes and spaces

- Create practical organizing systems that are easy to maintain

- Provide encouragement, support, and accountability throughout projects

- Assist with moves, downsizing, and home preparation projects

- Work collaboratively with a supportive and positive team

### Position Details


- Compensation: $20–$30 per hour

- Schedule: Part-Time (approximately 24–32 hours per week)

- Availability Required: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

- Location: Projects primarily located in Loudoun, Fairfax, and Prince William Counties (VA), Montgomery County (MD), and Washington, DC

- Must be available to work 3–4 days per week depending on client schedules
