Part-Time Leasing Professional | The Shoals at Chickamauga Lake | Chattanooga, TN

The Shoals at Chickamauga Lake is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Leasing Professional to help prospective residents find their next home while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone with leasing, sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience who enjoys building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcome and assist prospective residents
  • Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities
  • Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong lead pipeline
  • Process applications and prepare lease documentation
  • Assist with resident relations and customer service needs
  • Ensure model apartments and common areas are presentation-ready

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Available to work Saturdays
