SUGARED + BRONZED has redefined airbrush tanning with a proprietary solution and reintroduced an all-natural, ancient Egyptian method of hair removal called sugaring. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional services in vibrant, welcoming spaces that elevate your experience and brighten your day.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to help deliver a seamless shopping experience across our Shopify website and Amazon storefronts. In this role, you'll be responsible for order fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, and retail store support. You'll also contribute to maintaining website accuracy.
This is a part-time position based in Santa Monica, with the potential for additional hours for those interested in training and working as an Airbrush Technician at our nearby salons. This unique hybrid opportunity allows you to expand your responsibilities within our growing beauty and wellness business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process and fulfill daily e-commerce orders via Shopify and Amazon (FBM) to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Manage customer communications and promptly resolve inquiries across multiple support platforms.
  • Oversee weekly inventory management in Shopify and execute comprehensive monthly physical counts.
  • Coordinate the replenishment of products, apparel, and equipment for all retail store locations while tracking overall internal inventory movements.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, conducting quality control checks for damage and verifying quantity accuracy.
  • Support the product team by generating shipping labels and providing proactive tracking updates.
  • Analyze product performance and monitor customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive B2B growth by prospecting potential clients, delivering tailored sales presentations, and overseeing the end-to-end fulfillment of B2B orders.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 1+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or a related field
  • Ability to work from the Santa Monica office at least 3 days per week
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Must be capable of lifting heavy objects (20-40 lbs)
  • Interest in beauty/wellness industry is a plus
