Hospice RN – Part-Time| $35–$45/hr | Cleveland / Northeast Ohio

Compensation
  • $35.00 – $45.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • $1,000 Sign On Bonus

Service Area & Schedule

Cleveland / Northeast Ohio | Part-Time / 20 hours a week


What You'll Do
  • Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes in accordance with the established plan of care
  • Conduct assessments and monitor patient symptoms, comfort levels, and changes in condition
  • Administer medications and treatments focused on comfort and quality of life
  • Serve as a key point of contact for patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
  • Provide education and emotional support to patients and families navigating end-of-life care
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR within required timeframes
  • Participate in on-call responsibilities as scheduled

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Active RN license (Ohio) + current BLS certification
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout the Cleveland / Northeast Ohio service area
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

  • Prior hospice experience
  • Experience with end-of-life care and comfort-focused care delivery
  • Familiarity with HCHB or similar home health/hospice EMR
  • Strong communication and family support skills
