Pool Maintenance Technician - Full Time, Year-Round
Pool Scouts | San Marcos / New Braunfels Area
Pool Scouts is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Pool Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, driving a company vehicle, and being part of a positive team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
  • Perform weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
  • Test and balance water chemistry
  • Identify and complete minor pool equipment repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle

What We're Looking For
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Pool industry experience preferred (6-12 months ideal)
  • Willingness to obtain Certified Pool Technician/Operator certification

Schedule
  • Two to three days per week
  • Typical hours between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • No nights
