This role assists with office organization, sales support activities, document management, communication and a variety of day-to-day business functions. The ideal candidate is adaptable, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for:providing administrative support including filing, data entry, document preparation and record maintenance. Assisting with sales support activities by preparing materials, coordinating communications and tracking information. Creating and managing documents using Microsoft 365 applications and Adobe software. Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, greet visitors and provide professional customer service.
