About the Role

The Manager in PSI's Project Management Office plays a pivotal role in driving transformation, leading strategic internal initiatives that align with PSI's long-term goals and overarching business strategy. This role focuses on delivering high-impact outcomes, that have high-visibility across the business, by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of transformative projects, including scoping, strategic planning and seamless execution.

This is a permanent role (full or part-time), with flexible working but core availability through Monday-Friday office hours. The role is performed remotely, with occasional opportunities to travel available for meetings, in-person workshops and delivery.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end project management of internal transformation projects, from initial scoping and planning through to execution and delivery.

  • Translate high-level business objectives into actionable deliverables.

  • Develop a detailed project plans, including timelines, resources and risk management strategies, as well as monitoring progress.

  • Implement features and functions for the projects using PSI applications

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, to align project outcomes with PSI's strategic goals and priorities.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication across the project lifecycle.

  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.

  • Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications.

  • Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders, including detailed reports on progress, risks and achievements.

  • Highlight, manage and resolve potential risks or malfunctions proactively.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

  • Create, maintain and provide Executive level dashboard reporting on regular basis

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Strong proven experience managing complex and critical projects, from initiation through to successful delivery, with a focus on transformation.

  • Proficiency in using web-based project management platforms like MS Project, Jira or other Project Management tools is required.

  • Project Management certifications is desirable.

  • Ability to think strategically, aligning project goals with broader organizational objectives to drive transformative outcomes.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.

  • Extensive stakeholder management experience required, including the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple departments

  • Experience in managing and engaging senior stakeholders, including leadership teams.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Prince2 / PMP / Agile) and the ability to apply them appropriately.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor project metrics and provide datadriven insights.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced and evolving environment and manage shifting priorities.
