Maintenance and Operations Team members

Due to our continual growth, the Elite Sports Clubs are frequently searching for exceptional full-time and part-time team members for most positions at all of our locations. We are currently looking for energetic and enthusiastic Maintenance and Operations Team members to join the Elite Sport Clubs in the Milwaukee area. Candidates are required to have general maintenance experience with customer service experience a plus. You will be joining a team that is responsible for operations and upkeep of a 100,000+ square foot athletics facility. This position is customer facing and a vital part of our company success. This role will work closely with our Building engineers and provides a great teaching platform and additional opportunities in the future as a building engineer.

The Operations Associate is responsibilities include:

  • Periodic maintenance on building including flooring, ceilings, repairs furniture and equipment
  • General work experience with small plumbing, painting, and maintenance cleaning (power washing, rodding, not janitorial)
  • Assists the team with setup of events, deliveries and other general labor

Job Qualifications:

  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Must be able to work without close supervision
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to work with others as a team player
  • Knowledge and experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, general construction
  • CPO certified a plus but not required
