Job description

Service Location: Pinellas County, FL

Part-Time: ~15 hours per week

Schedule: 3 weekdays + 1 Saturday per month

Paid Training | Company Equipment Provided | Mileage Reimbursement

About the Role

We are hiring a dependable, professional, and service-minded photographer to join our growing real estate media team in the Pinellas County, FL area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who values integrity, enjoys working with people, and wants to learn a creative skill in a structured, supportive environment. No real estate photography experience required. We provide paid training and equipment.

If you enjoy driving locally, meeting new people, and representing a brand with excellence, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled photo appointments
  • Capture interior and exterior photos following a clear shot list
  • Represent our company professionally with agents and homeowners
  • Upload photo files after each shoot, no editing required

Learn and perform video and drone services as you grow in the role

Pay Structure

  • Paid Training: $15 per hour (approx. 4 weeks)
  • Drone Certified Shoots: $20 per hour
  • Standard Photo Shoots: $25 per hour
  • Video Work: $30 per hour
  • Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50 per mile

Availability Requirements

  • Approximately 15 hours per week
  • Must have consistent availability at least 3 weekdays per week
  • Available 1 Saturday per month
  • Flexible daytime availability for scheduled shoots

Requirements

  • Reliable vehicle for traveling to and from shoots, 2014 or newer preferred
  • High-speed internet and a personal computer or laptop for file uploads
  • Ability to obtain FAA Part 107 Drone License within 2 weeks of hire, guidance and support provided
