About the Role:
Join the Puddle Pools Clearwater team as a Pool Repair Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in restoring pools to their pristine condition. We are passionate about providing exceptional service to our clients in Pinellas County, FL, and are looking for dedicated individuals to help us achieve that goal. Puddle Pools is seeking a dependable, customer-focused team member who takes pride in doing quality work and delivering great customer experience.  This role services customers in Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, Oldsmar, and East Lake. The position starts as part-time with the intent to increase to full-time as soon as possible. 

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair pool equipment malfunctions, including pumps, filters, and heaters.
  • Perform repairs on residential and commercial pools.
  • Install and replace new pumps, filters, and heaters, pool liners, tiles, and other pool components.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on pool care.
  • Document repairs and maintenance performed for customer records.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure clients are satisfied.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pool equipment repair.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred (CPO,CPI,CPC).
  • 5+ years of experience in pool equipment repair.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial pool equipment repair
  • Bonus for prior Leak detection or Inspection experience 
  • Strong knowledge of pool systems and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills & ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions
