Job description

Are you looking for a hands-on role, with exceptional perks, a supportive team culture, and consistent daytime hours? Long Cove Club is hiring a Part-Time Court Maintenance Attendant to help maintain our tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts and ensure top-quality playing conditions for our members.

Schedule & Pay:
  • Sundays & Mondays: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • Pay based on experience
  • Part-time position
Requirements:
  • Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors
  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining facilities
  • Ability to work early morning shifts
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily court maintenance including grooming courts and clearing debris
  • Clean hard courts and groom bocce courts
  • Install and maintain windscreens, gates, and court equipment
  • Operate court maintenance tools and machines
  • Monitor court conditions and communicate issues to leadership
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
