Job description

National at Ave Maria Golf Club, located in Ave Maria, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Racquets Sports Pro Shop Associate! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fastpaced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding pro-shop services, memberships, and events.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling
    procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and retail area.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
  • Provide information on tennis and pickleball programs, lessons, and schedules.
  • Support pro-shop staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of tennis and pickleball preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
