Job description

Location: Arlington Clinic

Status: Part-time

Summary: Works directly under the supervision of Physical Therapist. Performs Physical Therapy support by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greets patients entering PT Department
  • Assists PT , PTA and ATC with treatment protocols
  • Prepares PT space by cleaning tables and exercise machines
  • Supports PT, PTA and ATC with exercise regimens for patients
  • Assists patients on to exercise machinery
  • Provides support to PT staff in a variety of tasks
Qualifications
  • Ability to multitask
  • Current CPR/AED Certification a plus
  • Must be able to assist patients on tables and equipment and occasionally lift and/or help move patients over 100 pounds
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
  • Flexible team player
  • Strong computer experience, electronic medical records experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
