Expectations:

Supervises and coordinates the delivery of pharmaceutical care to patients of the hospital. Pharmaceutical care is the evaluation, distribution, and monitoring of prescribed therapy which provide positive patient outcomes. Maintains current California Pharmacist license. This position may require flexibility of hours.
EDUCATION:
Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy preferred. Diploma or transcripts on highest degree earned required.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Completion of a postgraduate residency is preferred
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required:
Current unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license (RPH) issued by California State Board of Pharmacy
Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
SKILLS:
