Compensation
  • MI, IL, OH: $45,000 – $70,000 base + uncapped performance bonus
  • CA, NV (Las Vegas): $55,000 – $80,000 base + uncapped performance bonus

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule:

  • Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Part-Time: Flexible schedule within business hours (typically 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM or similar)
    Work Setting: 100% Field-Based (In-Person)

Read This First – This Is a True Outside Sales Role

This is not a desk job.

This is a boots-on-the-ground healthcare sales position where you will be:

  • Walking into doctor’s offices, hospitals, SNFs, and assisted living facilities
  • Building relationships face-to-face
  • Asking for referrals and earning business daily

If you are not comfortable being in the field, this is not the role for you.


What You’ll Actually Be Doing (Daily Expectations)
  • Full-Time: 12–15 in-person stops per day
  • Part-Time: 6–8 in-person stops per day

A “stop” includes:

  • Visiting a referral source (hospital, physician office, SNF, etc.)
  • Introducing or maintaining relationships
  • Following up on patients and referrals
  • Educating staff on our services as a Medicare-certified home health agency

This role is about consistency, visibility, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate patient referrals from:
    • Hospitals
    • Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
    • Physician offices
    • Assisted living communities
  • Coordinate patient transitions into home health services
  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships
  • Obtain physician orders and required documentation
  • Communicate with clinical teams to ensure smooth admissions
  • Execute a structured daily and weekly territory plan
  • Track all activity and referrals in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
  • Represent the company professionally at all times
