GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES


We're seeking passionate individuals to lead our dynamic Substance Abuse and Mental Health group psychotherapy sessions as we expand our impactful recovery program. As a group facilitator, you'll guide therapeutic sessions designed to inspire, motivate, and create meaningful change in a supportive environment. Your expertise will directly contribute to our clients' healing journeys.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hold an Associate's degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling, healthcare, or any field that supports recovery from substance use and mental health challenges
  • For those with lived experience: Minimum two years of continuous sobriety/recovery and/or stability in dealing with any mental health diagnosis
  • Possess relevant knowledge, skills, or training that will positively contribute to our client's' healing journeys
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with using the internet and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Comfortable in an environment where over-communication is needed
  • Exceptional communication and follow through skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work professionally
  • Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA laws regarding healthcare treatment
