We're looking for a Part-Time IT Technician to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement of full onsite from our Irvine head quarters. You'll be a key role in supporting employees, office technology, and IT infrastructure by maintaining end-user devices, assisting with desktop support, and helping ensure our system run smoothly.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday; 7:00AM to 11:30AM PST
Compensation Range: $25 to $30 per hour

What You'll Do 

  • Build and maintain end user hardware (laptops and desktops)
  • Assist the Desktop Support Specialist with endpoint inventory management
  • Build and maintain desktop image systems and processes
  • Ship and receive laptops, servers, and other IT supplies
  • Perform all office-related IT tasks, including managing office networks, security systems, and computing peripherals
  • Assist the Desktop Support Specialist with desktop support tickets as needed
  • Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values
  • Assist the Senior Sysadmins on-location at company data center as needed
  • Assist the Desktop Support Specialist in creating training materials and other documentation pertaining to company computer usage and policy
What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer/Information Science, or related discipline
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems 
  • Minimum 2 years of practical IT experience
