Position Overview
Balanced Care is seeking dedicated and experienced licensed nurses to provide private duty nursing care to a 20-year-old male client in Bennettsville, SC. The client is bedbound and lives with cerebral palsy, requiring skilled nursing support and total care assistance overnight. This position is ideal for a nurse seeking consistent, meaningful work with a medically complex young adult client.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM (OVERNIGHT SHIFT)
Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to a bedbound young adult client with cerebral palsy
  • Monitor and document client condition throughout the overnight shift
  • Assist with repositioning, transfers, and comfort care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Assist with activities of daily living as needed
  • Communicate any changes in client condition to the agency and family promptly
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements

  • Active RN or LPN license in the State of South Carolina in good standing
  • Experience working with bedbound clients and/or individuals with cerebral palsy strongly preferred
  • Experience in pediatric, young adult, or complex care nursing preferred
  • Ability to work overnight shifts on a consistent basis
  • Compassionate, patient, reliable, and dependable

Compensation

  • RN: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
