Overview
We are seeking one full and one part-time member to join our team. In this role, you will be working with patients and visitors, providing customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Your expertise in medical terminology, along with your proficiency in office systems, will contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors to ensure a positive first impression.
  • Answer calls promptly and direct inquiries as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments
  • Collect and verify patient information and medical history.
  • File patient records accurately
  • Support the hyperbaric and front office team with various administrative tasks as required.

Skills

  • Proficiency in medical terminology
  • Experience in a clinical setting.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and documentation.
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
