At Hilltop Camper and RV our goal is to be the premier destination for outdoor fun! Our family-owned company is in the 3rd generation of ownership and has been in business since 1951. We are currently looking for full-time and part-time Parts Associates for our Oronoco, MN location.


Whether helping customers find the right RV part or accessory, assisting technicians in the shop, or keeping the store organized and stocked, youโ€™ll play an important role in delivering a great customer experience.


Weโ€™re looking for a Parts Associate whoโ€ฆ

  • Enjoys working with customers in a retail environment.
  • Has a positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Can help customers find the right parts and accessories for their RV or camper
  • Has the ability to upsell or add-on accessories to customers.
  • Can lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Is available to work Saturdays and later shifts during summer hours (4-7pm Mon. thru Thurs. - hours may vary).
What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Assist customers in-person, over the phone, and through email
  • Help customers locate parts and accessories for their campers and RVs
  • Receive, stock, organize, and merchandise inventory
  • Pull parts for technicians and customer orders
  • Answer customer questions and recommend related accessories or products
  • Help maintain a clean, organized parts showroom and warehouse
  • Work closely with coworkers to keep the department running efficiently
Experience:
  • Previous parts, retail, automotive, RV, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
  • We are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!
