Job description

Position Overview
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and knowledgeable Pickleball Instructors to lead after-school Pickleball programs for students 9 to 18+ year olds.. Instructors will introduce the fundamentals of Pickleball, promote physical activity, reinforce sportsmanship, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment.
Candidates should have experience in Pickleball, youth coaching, or physical education and be comfortable managing youth groups and some are teenagers. Make sure you able to commute to location and available for the dates and times listed below. Interview process is easy and fun.

Class 1 (18+): 9:00 AM - 10:15 AM
Class 2 (13-17 yrs) : 10:30 AM - 11:45 AM
Class 3 (9-12 yrs): 12:00 PM - 1:15 PM
Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Pickleball fundamentals, including paddle skills, serving, rallying, footwork, scoring, and safety.
  • Organize engaging drills, skill-building exercises, and age-appropriate games.
  • Supervise and manage groups of students while ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence-building activities.
  • Set up and break down equipment before and after class.
  • Communicate with site contacts regarding attendance, student needs, or program updates.

Qualifications
  • Experience playing or coaching Pickleball
  • Prior experience working with teenage children preferred.
  • Strong classroom or group management skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and highly professional.
  • Pass a background check.
