Skin Nurse (Wound Care) Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist

Location: Garden Gate Health Care Facility

Shift: Part-time (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 22.5 hours per week)

Rate: $34-$38.00/hr. (depending on experience)(RN PAY)

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and clinically skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
  • Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as prescribed
  • Assess and monitor resident conditions, document clinical findings, and report changes to the healthcare team
  • Coordinate and supervise CNA and LPN staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation and long-term care goals

Qualifications
