Walk-in Wednesdays! We will be holding open interviews Wednesday, June 10th & June 17th from 10:00am-6:00pm! We are located at 111 S. 1st Ave, Wausau, WI 54401.

We are looking to hire for multiple roles:
  • part-time Customer Care Specialists for our call center
  • part-time & full-time eCustomer Care Specialists
  • part-time & full-time Payment Management Specialists
  • part-time Package Investigations Specialists

These positions are all on-site at our contact center in Wausau, WI.
Next start date: Monday, July 6th
Training: You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training from either 8:00am-12:30am or 4:00pm-8:30pm.
Pay rate: $16 - $16.50 / hour

Responsibilities
  • Providing superior customer service over the phone to assist customers with questions or concerns around orders they've placed online, shipment tracking, product availability, etc.
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs
  • Efficiently entering customer information and conversation notes into the order management system
  • Providing customer service to our Foot Locker Retail Store Associates as they place orders for their customers

Qualifications
  • Proficient computer navigation skills including ability to multi-task
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to be polite and professional while speaking with customers
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
