These positions are designed to help new nurses gain hands-on experience while balancing their transition into the workforce. Part time roles can offer flexible schedules, making them a good fit for those who may have additional commitments or want to gradually ease into their nursing career. Employers often provide training and mentorship programs to support new graduates as they build their clinical skills and confidence.

You'll frequently collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, gaining exposure to different specialties and building a foundation for future career growth.
