This part-time night shift Psychiatric RN role is ideal for nurses seeking flexibility while making a meaningful impact. You'll provide compassionate, high-quality care across inpatient psychiatric units, supporting patients through the overnight hours while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety, stability, and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and promptly respond to changes in condition.
  • Administer medications, monitor treatment effectiveness, and carry out overnight care plans.
  • Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment through ongoing observation and patient support.
  • Lead and coordinate nursing care during the night shift, providing guidance and support to staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with providers and on-call leadership to address patient needs and changes in care.
  • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For
• Current RN license; BSN required, MSN/MBA preferred.
• 2+ years psychiatric/behavioral health leadership experience (charge/assistant manager acceptable).
• Proven results driving quality, patient experience, and team engagement.
Ability to work independent on night shift.
Must be 21 or older
