Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will oversee the comprehensive nursing needs of residents while actively embracing our โ€œPhilosophy for Person-Directed Care.โ€ Your daily activities may include:

  • Creating a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, allowing them to engage in the daily life rhythm of the residents.
  • Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
  • Developing and initiating care plans as necessary, while effectively supervising resident care.
  • Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability among team members for resident care and satisfaction.
Position Details

This is a part-time role, specifically on Saturdays from 6 PM to 6 AM.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is between $40 and $48 per hour, based on experience, plus an additional $2 to $3 shift differential.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A current RN license in the state of application.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply!
