  • Handle clients' treasured belongings with care, professionalism, and respect.
  • Use mobile apps to access schedules, communicate with the team, and track time.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience through kindness, patience, and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Works well independently and as part of a team.

  • Is comfortable using smartphone apps for scheduling and communication.
  • Has reliable transportation and is willing to travel throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
  • Can comfortably lift up to 25 pounds, bend, kneel, reach and navigate stairs when necessary.

Previous experience in organizing, packing, moving, customer service, retail, hospitality, caregiving, interior design, professional organizing, or senior services is helpful but not required. We provide comprehensive training.
What We Offer
  • Competitive starting pay based on experience
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Flexible weekday schedule (typically 10-25 hours per week)
