INH Properties is a rapidly growing full-service real estate company that excels in property management and real estate development for multifamily apartment communities. INH Properties has been in business for over 40 years and currently manages 8,000+ units across Minnesota and Iowa.
What We're Looking For:
INH Properties is seeking a part-time responsible Cleaner for a property located in Brainerd, MN. If you are a proactive and organized individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, we encourage you to apply for the cleaner position at INH Properties.
Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)
  • Cleaning the common areas including but not limited to: Hallways, Entry Doors and Windows, Recreation/Community Room, Fitness Center, and Elevator.
  • Assisting with the turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month).
  • Clean and touch-up paint units upon turnovers.
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Promptly notify the community manager of any maintenance items that require their attention
