Overview

Are you a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment? We're looking for an energetic and service-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to help create exceptional guest experiences through outstanding food service, team leadership, and operational excellence. In this role, you'll lead concession and banquet operations during a variety of events, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from setup to cleanup. You'll supervise and coach team members, support event execution, maintain food safety and service standards, and play a key role in creating memorable experiences for guests and clients alike. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys motivating teams, solving challenges, and delivering high-quality service in a dynamic environment. If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working with people, and take pride in creating successful events, we'd love to hear from you.

This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00-$26.00

Responsibilities
  • Supervise concession and banquet operations during events.
  • Lead event setup, service, and breakdown activities.
  • Ensure high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and guest service.

  • Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage, hospitality, catering, banquet, or event operations; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory management, and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and service excellence.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event needs.
  • ServSafe Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
  • Ability to lead by example, take initiative, and contribute to a positive team culture.
